Curriculum development

Through close collaborative working, we will develop your curricula to ensure that it supports high quality education

This will include:

Developing a rich and challenging curricula based around a clear and strategic 'intent'
Ensuring that the curricula are implemented effectively through consistently high quality teaching, learning and assessment
Developing a curricula which promotes the development of key employability skills, including English and mathematics
Implementing a logically planned and sequenced curricula that promotes the progressive development of learners' knowledge, skills and behaviours
Ensuring that the curricula promotes both equality of opportunity and personal development so that all learners can achieve their goals and aspirations

Evidencing personal progress

We will work closely with you to ensure that you are able to evidence clearly the curriculum 'impact' through:
Maximising teachers' use of assessment information so that they can set challenging, personalised goals and targets which facilitate both academic progress and personal development
Developing further teachers' knowledge and understanding of current best practice in teaching and learning, so that they are all able to deliver a consistently high quality of education
Implementing rigorous and standardised RARPA procecess to enable accurate recording, monitoring and evidencing of learners' progress and achievement
Implementing robust recording procedures to ensure the accurate tracking and recording of learner destinations
Maximising the utilisation of learner support through rigorous 'needs analysis' and 'lean' working practices

Training and development

Through developing close working relationships with staff and undertaking rigorous needs analysis, we will determine your training and development needs
