We recognise that no two providers are the same and their needs and requirements differ greatly. To enable us to plan and manage your bespoke support package, we can undertake a supportive and developmental review of your high needs provision and provide you with a high quality informative report outlining the key strengths and areas for development, in line with current best practice.

 

We will provide you with a set of key recommendations and  work closely with you to address successfully the identified areas for development, implementing a range of effective strategies and interventions, in order to drive continuous improvement and maximise the overall effectiveness of your high needs provision.

  • How effectively they utilise high needs funding

  • How well they protect their learners and keep them safe
     

  • How they plan and co-ordinate support
     

  • How rigorously they use self-assessment and improvement planning to improve learner outcomes and overall effectiveness

Curriculum development

Through close collaborative working, we will develop your curricula to ensure that it supports high quality education

This will include:
 

  • Developing a rich and challenging curricula based around a clear and strategic 'intent'
     

  • Ensuring that the curricula are implemented effectively through consistently high quality teaching, learning and assessment
     

  • Developing a curricula which promotes the development of key employability skills, including English and mathematics
     

  • Implementing a logically planned and sequenced curricula that promotes the progressive development of learners' knowledge, skills and behaviours
     

  • Ensuring that the curricula promotes both equality of opportunity and personal development so that all learners can achieve their goals and aspirations

Evidencing personal progress

Sustained progress and good results are a direct consequence of high-quality education.

  • We will work closely with you to ensure that you are able to evidence clearly the curriculum 'impact' through:
     

  • Maximising teachers' use of assessment information so that they can set challenging, personalised goals and targets which facilitate both academic progress and personal development
    ​

  • Developing further teachers' knowledge and understanding of current best practice in teaching and learning, so that they are all able to deliver a consistently high quality of education
    ​

  • Implementing rigorous and standardised RARPA procecess to enable accurate recording, monitoring and evidencing of learners' progress and achievement
    ​

  • Implementing robust recording procedures to ensure the accurate tracking and recording of learner destinations 
    ​

  • Maximising the utilisation of learner support through rigorous 'needs analysis' and 'lean' working practices

Training and development 

Through developing close working relationships with staff and undertaking rigorous needs analysis, we will determine your training and development needs

For many of our clients this can include:
 

  • Developing and enhancing teachers' pedagogical practice, so that they are able to better meet learners' individual needs
     

  • Improving L&Ms' quality assurance processes/procedures so that they can accurately assess the quality of education
     

  • Increasing the rigour of self-assessment and the effectiveness of improvement planning, in order to drive timely interventions and improvements
     

  • Providing appropriate information, guidance and training around best practice in planning and preparing for internal and external reviews
